Shipping: We use the safest and most cost-effective methods to ship your orders. We ship via UPS or Fedex.
Below you will see our shipping costs: We only offer Standard shipping because most of our products cannot be shipped next day or 2 day shipping. Express and 2nd Day Shipping will be offered for some of our products in the near future.
NOTE: There are some additional costs at checkout for a few of the heavier items (i.e. wrought iron, lamps, furniture).

This symbol "x" indicated items which exceed 130" length and girth combined (OverMax). They will ship as 70 lbs. plus an additional $40 handling fee by UPS/FedEx Ground. The symbol "T" indicated items, which due to their size or fragile nature, must be shipped by truck. |

Refused Shipments:

It is much easier if you cancel your order before it ships. If your order ships and you refuse the shipment, we will be obliged to charge you 15% of the order value for re-stocking plus the cost of the round-trip freight. This does not apply in the case of items damaged in transit, of course. |
Damaged Goods:
|
OPEN BOXES IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. Contact us within 24 hours if damaged goods are discovered. HOLD GOODS IN ORIGINAL CARTONS AND PACKAGING. For obvious external damage or rattling, open carton in presence of driver and instruct him or her to note damage in their log. Claims will not be honored if reported beyond 72 hours of receipt of goods.

Return And Exchanges Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the product or refund the cost of your purchase, not including freight costs. Please note that you may be subject to a 30% restocking fee on certain products. Products that you wish to exchange or return must be in original condition, and must include all packaging materials, and accessories. Please ship your order back to us via UPS/FedEx if possible. If your item shipped via a truck line, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We can help you with this process, but in most cases, your actual costs of shipping back to us will be higher than your outbound shipping. This is because we do not charge you the full amount of our actual cost for outbound shipping. You have up to 14 days to request a refund or exchange. Please note: We cannot accept any returns on custom items (which includes embroidered and heat transferred monogramming, & custom lighting). |
Canceling An Order:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled once the item is shipped, however it can be returned within 14 days. Products in stock: Most of our products are shipped directly from the Manufacturing Company.
When we order on your behalf from one of our manufacturers, we may be obligated to purchase the products ordered. If you cancel your order before it ships, we may apply a restocking charge equivalent to 10% of the purchase price. However, in most cases, our suppliers will work with us and allow cancellations with no penalties. Many retailers will not allow order cancellations or will charge a much higher restocking fee. |
Address Corrections:

Address Corrections: When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and cause much trouble with the delivery service. It's best to provide us with a phone number and correct e-mail as well. |
